The Vegetarian Society will endeavour to upload your submission to the Events Diary on www.nationalvegetarianweek.org within three working days. During busy periods it may take longer to approve your entry.

The Vegetarian Society reserves the right to modify or delete any submissions that are deemed to be unsuitable for National Vegetarian Week. The Vegetarian Society reserves the right to use any event listing and accompanying images for publication in any of its e-newsletters, The Vegetarian magazine, the National Vegetarian Week Gallery on this website and the National Vegetarian Week 2010 official report published after the Week.

Image policy

Please remember it is your responsibility to get permission from any persons recognisable in any image you send us. Images of young people under 16 years old can only be used if parental (or guardian / carer) permission has been obtained. Please do not upload copyrighted images unless you have permission to do so. The Vegetarian Society reserves the right to modify or delete any images that do not follow these rules or images deemed generally unsuitable for publication in the Events Diary.
